Have you received my payments?
If you pay by card, we will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Klarna?
If you live in the UK/Ireland returning an item with Klarna is now easier than ever before, you can now take it to one of your local Yours Clothing stores, and the team will process the refund there and then for you, it might still take up to 5 days for it to be refunded on your Klarna account. For international purchases, items purchased with Klarna follow our standard online return process. Please note, refunds for Klarna purchases will be refunded from Long Tall Sally to Klarna. We cannot provide an exchange. Once Long Tall Sally has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.

You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact our customer service team to check on your delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.

When and how will late fees be applied?
• For orders made on or after the 16 March 2023, we’ll apply a £5 late fee for payments that remain unpaid 7 days after the due date for Pay in 30 days and 14 days for Pay in 3.
• If a payment continues to remain unpaid, an additional £5 fee will be applied and added to the total outstanding amount.
• We will charge a maximum of 2 late payment fees per order, which is capped at a total of £10.
You’ll get multiple reminder messages via email, push or SMS, to ensure that you stay well informed and there are no surprises.

What are Monthly Invoices
Monthly invoice is an ongoing service provided by Klarna and which gathers the actively selected purchases you make during a month on one and the same invoice. The monthly invoice collects all purchases you make with Klarna Monthly invoice.
When is the due date of my monthly invoice?
The due date is the day of the month that you must pay your Monthly Invoice. Before the due date, the last day occurs when new purchases can be added to your Monthly Invoice ("Breaking Day"), after which the invoice is sent. The date of the Breaking Day may vary, and Klarna reserves the right to change the Breaking Day and due date to improve the product experience. As a customer, you are guaranteed a minimum credit period of 14 days from Break Day to due date. Monthly invoice purchases made with your Klarna card before the Break Day will be collected on the same Monthly Invoice. All other purchases you make with Monthly Invoice will be added to the same Monthly Invoice if the goods are sent or if the service has been made available to you before the Break Date.
How do I cancel my invoice?
The Monthly Invoice service has an unlimited term. You can terminate the Monthly Invoice service at any time in Klarna's customer portal, on Klarna's website or by contacting Klarna's customer service. Your termination will take effect immediately. For purchases made before but delivered after your termination, a Monthly Invoice for that purchase will still be sent. New purchases made after your termination will be handled as separate Get First - Pay Late Invoices.
What Costs and Fees are involved?
A fee of SEK 29 is charged for each Monthly Invoice. As soon as you have made a purchase through Monthly Invoice, we will automatically create a Monthly Invoice for you. A payment reminder is sent in the event of non-payment. If you have shopped for less than SEK 60, a reminder fee of SEK 29 will be added, and if you have shopped for SEK 60 or more, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. If no payment is received thereafter, the claim may be submitted for debt collection management where additional debt collection costs may be added.
